We help you organize your trip.
Origen Calafate provides local guidance, assistance in evaluating alternatives and, when applicable, coordination of enquiries and bookings for transfers, excursions, or other tourism services.
A recommendation or enquiry does not constitute a booking and does not guarantee availability, price, or conditions until we expressly confirm it to you in writing.
02 / Information before booking
Everything clear before moving forward.
Before requesting confirmation, we will inform you, as applicable, of the chosen service, supplier, availability, quoted final price, currency and payment method, required details, and change or cancellation conditions.
You may ask every question you need before deciding. If a condition depends on the operator or the service date, we will include it in the specific proposal or confirmation.
03 / Confirmation and payments
A booking exists once it is confirmed.
A request is confirmed only when written confirmation of availability has been issued and, where applicable, the stated payment or deposit has been made. Keep that confirmation and the related receipts.
Prices, availability, schedules, and formats may change until confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, the conditions communicated for that specific service apply.
04 / Traveller information
We need it to be accurate.
The person making an enquiry is responsible for providing complete and accurate information about travellers, dates, contact details, meeting point, flight, and any need relevant to the activity or transfer.
If there are minors, reduced mobility, medical restrictions, special luggage, or dietary requirements, please let us know before confirmation so we can check whether the service can accommodate them.
05 / Services operated by third parties
Each supplier operates its own service.
Excursions and transfers are carried out by independent suppliers. Operations, safety, vehicles, staff, permits, itineraries, and the actual provision of the service are the responsibility of each operator.
Origen Calafate will assist within the scope of its role and tell you about any change it receives, but cannot guarantee circumstances outside its control, such as weather, road conditions, flights, authority requirements, or the supplier's operational decisions.
