01 / Data we may request

Only what your trip requires.

When you write to us on WhatsApp or complete a form, we may receive your name, phone number, travel dates, number of passengers, interests, origin and destination, schedules, flight number, and any comments you choose to share.

We request this information only when it is relevant to replying to an enquiry, evaluating alternatives, checking availability, or arranging a service you have requested.

02 / How we use it

Care, coordination, and follow-up.

We use information to answer your enquiries and prepare personalized recommendations; request or confirm availability for transfers, excursions, and other services; coordinate an accepted booking; and contact you about relevant changes or trip-related arrangements.

We do not use your data for purposes other than those stated without an appropriate legal basis or authorization.

03 / When we share information

Only with those who need it.

If you decide to proceed with a booking, we may share the essential details with the supplier operating the service —for example, an excursion or transfer company— to manage availability, issue the booking, and coordinate operations.

Each supplier handles the data it receives under its own responsibilities and policies. Before confirmation, we will tell you which service is being requested and what information is needed.

04 / Channels and third parties

WhatsApp and website services.

Website enquiries are sent through WhatsApp. By using that channel, the handling of messages and data is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's terms and privacy policy.

The website may load third-party technical resources, such as fonts, maps, or hosting services. Those providers may process technical data needed to display their services, such as IP address or browser data.

05 / Retention and security

We keep only what is necessary.

We retain data for the time needed to answer an enquiry, manage a booking, meet administrative obligations, or resolve related issues. We apply reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

We do not request card details, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive financial information through WhatsApp or our forms.

06 / Your rights

You may ask, correct, or request deletion.

You may request access to, updating, correction, or deletion of your personal data by messaging us on WhatsApp and identifying your request. We will review it and reply through the same channel or another one we agree on.

This policy is interpreted according to applicable Argentine personal-data rules, including Law 25,326. If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may contact the Agency for Access to Public Information.

07 / Cookies and analytics

You decide whether Analytics is enabled.

If you accept in the cookie notice, we load Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure visits and improve our website. Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_6HGN432EXF and collect information about pages visited, interactions, browser, device, referral source, and approximate location. Google processes this data and may do so on servers outside Argentina.

Before you accept, or if you reject, we do not load these tags or send analytics data to Google through them. Consent enables analytics; advertising storage, ad personalization, and advertising user data remain denied.

We save your choice in this browser's local storage for 180 days solely to remember your preference. We then ask again. If you clear browser data or use another device, you will need to choose again. Analytics cookies have their own retention periods according to Google Analytics settings.

You can accept or withdraw consent at any time using ‘Cookie preferences’ in the footer. If you reject after accepting, we disable analytics, delete Google measurement cookies accessible to the website, and reload the page. This does not delete data already sent to Google; contact us through the channels in this policy for questions or requests about your data. Rejecting does not prevent browsing or travel enquiries.
